NEUPRO is a prescription medicine used to treat Parkinson’s disease and moderate-to-severe primary Restless Legs Syndrome. NEUPRO Patch Placement Tracker Before applying the patch, please read the Patient Information and Instructions for Use provided with your NEUPRO prescription or on NEUPRO.com. The NEUPRO Patch is worn for 24 hours. Apply the patch to a different area of the skin each day for 14 days. Once you establish a 14-day pattern, follow the same pattern for each 2-week period. Use the Body Map, below, to track where you place the patch each day. Write the number “1” by the map location that corresponds to where you place the patch on Day 1, a number “2” by your Day 2 location, and so on.
